Welcome to BR⚡LN Services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using BR⚡LN Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Services Provided
BR⚡LN Services is part of BR⚡LN, a club and association that provides a platform for managing Lightning Network nodes and associated services. We are not a business or revenue-generating entity. Our subscription services are designed to cover the costs of the time, work of the Founders, and all the infrastructure required to keep our services operational. Users can subscribe to various services, access exclusive content, and manage their node information.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Subscription and Payment
Users can subscribe to various services offered by BR⚡LN. Subscription fees and payment terms are clearly indicated on our website. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and users will continue to have access to the services until the end of their subscription period.
5. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, users will not be charged for subsequent subscription periods. Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the current subscription period.
6. Termination
BR⚡LN reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BR⚡LN, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
8. Changes to Terms
BR⚡LN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
